This is a set of 10000K Bi-Xenon HID Conversion kit for your 2002, 2003 Honda Civic Si EP3 headlights. This HID kit contains two H4 Bi-Xenon (also known as HB2 or 9003) H.I.D (High Intensity Discharge) light bulbs, two digital ballasts with built-in starter and igniter, two secure mounting brackets, zip ties and Adhesive tapes. This product is a 35W HID conversion kit that produces a 10000K light output ( Please refer to the color chart below to see the actual color ).
