
Civic United Return Policy Returns must be filed within 15 days after
receiving the product. If you are not satisfied with the purchase please contact
or email us at civicunited@gmail.com to start the return process in order to
receive a refund. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee. All returns must be
pre-authorized. Merchandise may not be returned under any circumstances unless
given a “Return Ticket Code”. Shipping charges and fees can not be reimbursed
because the package was already shipped to your location. There are no
exchanges (Due to the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we
are not able to guarantee availability of merchandise. Availability of items can
change quickly.) Civic United will warranty products up to 35 days if it was
professionally installed. Proof of professional installation must be presented
in order to receive the warranty. The Customer is responsible for all shipping
fees outbound and inbound on the warranty product. Civic United will not
responsible for any installation or un-installation fees.
Here is a list of products that fall under the 35 day warranty
Lighting – Projector headlights, fog lights, m3/k6 mirrors and CCFL halo rings
Engine – Intakes, radiators, and headers Exhaust – Catbacks, mufflers, and test
pipes. Exterior – Grills, body kits, bumper lips, and spoilers. Suspension –
Camber kits, lowering springs, and coilovers.
*Civic United will only warranty products if they are defective and not due to
wear and tear. Defective Merchandise – All or any items that do not perform as
expected or exhibits damage not associated with normal use. Defective
merchandise does not include merchandise that has been tampered with.
Merchandise Damaged During Shipping
Merchandise damaged during shipping or that have any discrepancies must be filed
within 48 hours after receiving the product. If your order was damaged during
shipping Option # 1 Please fill out a damage claim report with UPS at Damage
Claim Report. It will take 7-10 business days to find out the result of the
damage claim. Civic United can not be held responsible for damages during
shipping. This responsibility falls under the shipper. Option # 2 Ship the
damaged merchandise in the original packaging back to our location to receive a
refund for the product without shipping cost.
Cancellation If Civic United is able to cancel your order before it is shipped,
there will be no charges for the cancellation. If the product has been shipped,
you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These
charges will be deducted from your refund. Any unauthorized returns without a
“Return Ticket Code” may be recycled without customer recourse and may not be
credited for refund. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging
and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be
returned. Wrong shipping address or ordering the wrong item does not qualify for
a return claim. Civic United reserves the right to modify its return policy at any
time without notice.
